Altitude constraint on SID combined with TCAS TA/RA during climb.

TA = look. RA = fly it. ATC after.
Objective
Comply with ALT restriction; correct TCAS response per Boeing/ICAO doctrine.

Common Mistakes
- Chasing TCAS green band imprecisely
- Failure to disconnect AP on RA
- Not announcing 'TCAS, TCAS' / 'Clear of Conflict'

Boeing Procedural Notes
- RA: disconnect AP, follow RA promptly, do not maneuver opposite RA
- After 'Clear of Conflict' return to ATC clearance
PF Responsibilities
- Disconnect AP & A/T as required, fly RA, announce 'TCAS, TCAS'
PM Responsibilities
- Monitor RA compliance, advise ATC: 'TCAS RA'; after CoC: 'Clear of Conflict, returning to [clearance]'
CRM Focus
Mandatory callouts; do not negotiate with ATC during RA.
